My career spans 20 years in a variety of HR and leadership roles working for large, global organisations. As a Managing Director for Goldman Sachs, I was Head of Recruiting in Europe, Middle East, Africa, India and across Asia before moving to be Global Head of HR for Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.

I am a graduate of the Meyler Campbell ‘Mastered Programme’ and I coach and mentor individuals on a wide range of topics, drawing on my experience and expertise, which primarily lies in:

• enhancing leadership and people management skills

• supporting and advising managers and employees through challenging situations

• working with people through difficult relationships

• helping people through the various stages of their career development

• guiding individuals through the transition into a new role

• educating on and prioritising mental wellbeing

• creating an inclusive environment for all to thrive
